Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis
  • Maintain and Improve QA dashboards and KPI
  • Use data and metrics to gain feedback and pivot as needed
  • Develop and govern best practices in QA
  • Define and implement operational processes to successfully deliver change management at scale
  • Plan and lead Transformational Projects within QA
  • Partner with business owners to define adoption and success metrics
  • Advise team members on strategies and approaches for getting the business from the ‘as is’ state to the desired future adoption state
  • Develop holistic change management strategies to overcome adoption hurdles, minimize resistance and ensure impacted audiences are ready and enabled
  • Drive training and communication execution
  • Ability to adapt communication style and content to necessary audiences ranging from executive leadership to cross functional working groups
  • Conduct employee focus group sessions, employees’ surveys, and interviews to obtain input for change management planning
  • Standardize a QA Performance and Project Management platform
  • Lead and participate to problem solving assigned to QA
  • Understand and analyze internal and external customers’ needs in order to develop the appropriate strategies in collaboration with QA management
  • Manage department improvement initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Work with multifunctional teams across the organization and in different time zone.
