AAB Relationship Banker I

1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or similar field.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Must be flexible and adapt quickly to change.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized.
Proficiency with MS Office suite.
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Managing a portfolio of clients consisting of property management companies and self-managed communities.
Training clients on how to use bank products as well as providing troubleshooting and assistance with client’s software and integration.
Supporting the Operations Manager in account opening and closing, including but not limited to CDARS, ICS, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checking and Money Market accounts.
Utilizing daily reports to ensure that insufficient funds and non-posted transactions are processed following established procedures by expected deadlines.
Collaborating in a team structure and assisting other members of the team to balance workload, actively supporting the team to achieve performance goals.
Building trust and relationships with clients as well as the Sales Team to ensure organic growth of deposits.
Actively participating in bank training and demonstrating retention of learned knowledge.
