Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 3+ years of accessibility-focused work experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct accessibility audits and testing, and produce Accessibility Conformance Reports and related documentation
- Perform product accessibility testing with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and ZoomText
- Consult with product teams on how to resolve issues discovered during testing and serve as an in-house resource on global accessibility standards (EN 301 549/WCAG)
- Utilize development and technical skills to collaborate with development teams to resolve accessibility barriers
- Help foster knowledge and growth in both internal and external communities, promoting accessibility awareness and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of WCAG, Accessibility Conformance Testing, and ARIA
- Experience consulting on accessible design, code, or digital content
- Experience using accessibility tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and ZoomText
- Experience producing Accessibility Conformance Reports
- Demonstrated experience in improving and remediating for accessibility
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) Certification
