Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on ABM.
  • Proven track record of developing, executing and tracking successful ABM campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue in enterprise accounts, including but not limited to Display, Email, Chat, 1:1 Events, and Gifting campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ABM methodology and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas, journey mapping, and account-based orchestration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase and Rollworks, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach with a knack for translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales to prioritize high-value enterprise target accounts.
  • Develop account plans that outline key decision-makers, buying committee dynamics, and specific business challenges.
  • Craft compelling, multi-channel ABM campaigns designed to engage target accounts across all stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to leverage marketing automation tools and technologies for personalized outreach.
  • Manage the personalization and distribution of high-quality content (e.g., white papers, case studies, webinars) and creation of custom microsites tailored to the specific needs of target accounts.
  • Create targeted ABM campaigns to build awareness, increase engagement, create new opportunities, and mature pipeline within our top customer and prospect accounts.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team to orchestrate impactful 1:1 & 1:few events to foster deeper relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and recommend data-driven optimizations for continuous improvement.
  • Measure and report on the ROI of ABM programs, demonstrating the impact on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ABM trends and best practices.
