Requirements
- 10+ years transaction management experience
- Leadership experience in Account Management
- Licensed broker or salesperson
- Portfolio management experience or certification
- Experience overseeing lease administration services
- Proven track record leading global teams, with strong account management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (less than 25%)

- Identifies and develops successors for all key leadership roles
- Retains all current business. Identifies client value-add opportunities to expand business beyond existing service lines
- Proactively identifies areas to incorporate innovation into account operations
- Becomes internal reference for best-in-class service delivery
- Develops budget, manages to ensure plan is met or exceeded
