Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in scaling B2B environments
- Proven ability to build sales processes from scratch in early-stage companies
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Someone who operates with high ownership & independence – Highly autonomous, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth without needing heavy guidance
- An expert in outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and product demonstrations
- Driven to win, with a passion for exceeding targets and pushing boundaries
- Professional presence and executive-level communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales performance from initial prospecting and targeted outreach to delivering compelling product demonstrations, closing deals, and expanding existing accounts to maximize revenue potential
- Strategically manage your sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals and contribute to the company’s market growth
- Contribute to and implement innovative sales approaches as a key member of the sales team, continuously refining our go-to-market methodology
- Serve as a critical connector between customer needs and product development, providing actionable feedback to help shape product strategy and drive solution adoption
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute integrated strategies that effectively engage and support target customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market and the daily workflow and challenges brokers and agents face
- Excited about solving problems for real estate customers
