Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience as an Account Coordinator
- A degree or diploma in Marketing (or related program)
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong degree of organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
- Comfortable in both in-office and remote working situations, and using associated tools (MS Teams, Zoom)
- High degree of self-motivation and energy with a collaborative mindset and passion for the industry
Responsibilities
- Have daily interaction with the account management team, creative department, production departments, media department, and clients
- Communicate relevant information of all support activities including scheduling and project status to internal and external teams as required
- Support in all project milestones, such as job initiation process, briefing, client presentations/approvals, and media trafficking
- Work collaboratively with Project Management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Adapt and keep pace with the ever-changing needs of automotive advertising
- Maintain a finger on the pulse of competitive automotive activity and report back to the team and client when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive marketing experience preferred
