Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 5 years or more as a proven Account Executive in Sales
- Proven success in technical sales or business development, ideally in defense tech, public safety, or aerospace sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Mission-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of complex procurement processes and customer engagement cycles
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Business fluency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Own regional market development and sales strategy within the assigned territory
- Cultivate and expand relationships with end customers, strategic partners, resellers, and distributors
- Leverage Dedrone’s relationship with Axon and other key partners to drive business opportunities
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to inform product and GTM strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to support customer success and long-term growth
- Represent Dedrone at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements throughout the U.S.
