Requirements
- 1+ year(s) sales experience
- Understanding of performance-based marketing metrics
- Mortgage origination experience, closing online mortgage leads
- Experience in a call center environment
Responsibilities
- Connecting with prospective lenders to grow MRC’s client base and boost sales.
- Coaching Loan Officers on best practices for working online mortgage leads and getting the most out of them.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, strengthening partnerships and expanding MRC’s presence in the mortgage world.
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign effectiveness, working closely with clients to optimize results.
- Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
