Requirements
- ~3+ years of experience of sales closing with relationship building, deal negotiation and territory planning
- Experience in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
- Experience understanding customers’ business model along with industry trends to land new business
- Experience with negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing core product customers with a focus on upselling and cross-selling via deal management and connecting customer needs with specific solutions
- Drive strategic add-on business within existing accounts
- Work on net new product expansion deals, along with renewals of core products
- Performs account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of customers needs along with industry trends to upsell and renew in existing accounts
- Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
