Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in selling test and measurement products, with a focus on Digital, Optical, High-Speed SERDES, and Network Test, Security and Visibility.
- Strong knowledge of Wireless and RF testing, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions.
- Experience in managing enterprise accounts and working with strategic customers, and experience with Ixia, Gigamon, Spirent, Cisco, Juniper or Nvidia is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts.
- Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that address their unique challenges in test and measurement.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, including Digital, Optical, High-Speed SERDES, and Network Test, Security and Visibility.
- Leverage expertise in Wireless and RF testing to effectively present and position our products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new enterprise prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to address customer requirements and provide feedback for product development.
- Lead negotiations and close complex sales deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in test and measurement.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, account status, and market feedback to management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with Ixia, Gigamon, Spirent, Cisco, Juniper or Nvidia is beneficial.
