Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (advertising, marketing, or science major preferred)
- 1+ years of Health advertising, meded, or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams)
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to one or more account teams, coordinating day-to-day project tasks
- Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, and meeting recaps
- Schedule internal and client meetings, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
- Manage interactions and coordinate services with external vendors
- Support senior team members in meeting client needs and delivering high-quality work
- Communicate project status updates effectively to internal teams and stakeholders
- Utilize client review systems (e.g., Veeva, Zinc) to manage projects and feedback
- Deepen your understanding of medical education projects and best practices
- Adhere to internal processes, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
- Proactively identify and communicate potential challenges and opportunities
