The Account Executive is responsible for managing tasks assigned by senior team members on the project and new business opportunities under the supervision of a senior team member.
Their role is to support day-to-day management of client account, working with multiple internal stakeholders to deliver high quality and scientifically accurate marketing materials.
What You’ll Do
- Liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and take detailed briefs
- Manage status and contact reports
- Successfully manage projects with supervision – strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
- Manage asset approvals (experience using Zinc would be a major advantage)
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Arrange and attend meetings
- Follows up with detailed contact reports
- Logs in time and expenses regularly on Workfront
- Ensures that the project team update time and expenses regularly on Workfront
- A background in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare advertising encouraged
