Account Executive – Revenue Growth – Central Region

Requirements

• Experience in sales/customer service, preferably in the software industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Post-secondary diploma/degree
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales over the phone
• Experience in conducting needs analysis
• Organized, independent, resourceful, and diligent in maintaining CRM data

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cultivate effective sales strategies via phone and email
• Post-launch work with Customer Success to ensure consistent value is delivered to the customer
• Establish a consistent pipeline on a daily basis via lead generation
• Identify and communicate complementary add-on and cross-selling opportunities to customers
• Manage and resolve complex transactional operations and issues
• Design and execute strategic business plans to drive profitable revenue growth
