Requirements
- A commitment to add to our culture of DEI
- 1-3+ years in a quota carrying and closing role, direct sales experience, hybrid of hunting and farming preferred
- Experience handling a high volume of accounts ranging from Small to Enterprise clients
- Experience working with or within HR or recruiting industries is preferred
- Proficient in handling a CRM, Salesforce preferred, and a proficiency for proactivity in pipeline management and generation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in order to manage competing priorities
- Comfort delivering presentations and conducting conversations over Zoom, eventually in person in some cases
- An ability to earn instant credibility and to handle tough conversations with clients in a professional and conscientious manner
- A strength in navigating, comfortably selling, and negotiating with high-level titles (Director or above)
- Collaborative nature both with our clients, prospects, and your teammates
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
Responsibilities
- Owning a business of existing and prospective branding customers with the intent to achieve their business goals through Glassdoor
- Renewing expiring business
- Unearthing new growth opportunities through current or new partners
- Developing a consultative relationship with customers while delivering an outstanding level of professional service
- Leading with vision as you showcase the value of working with Glassdoor and invest further in the employer brand
- Exceeding quarterly revenue retention, new business and growth goals
