Requirements
- 1-2 years of Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in account management or business development.
- Consultative Selling: Experience in understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams or projects.
- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Experience in managing strategic negotiations and overcoming customer objections.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop Business Cases & Engage Executives: Build tailored, data-driven business cases and engage with executive-level sponsors to understand customer challenges, needs, and objectives.
- Gain Commitment & Manage Customer Objections: Guide customers through decision-making stages, overcoming objections through proactive preparation and ensuring clear signals of commitment to pursue mutually beneficial solutions.
- Product Expertise & Market Awareness: Maintain in-depth product knowledge, stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strategic Negotiation & Account Management: Prepare for and manage strategic negotiations, and oversee the customer relationship throughout the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Cross Functional Collaboration & Deal Support: Work cross-functionally with marketing, technical teams, and internal resources to drive efficiency and support customers through the sales funnel.
- Prospecting, Nurturing & Targeting Accounts: Create demand through tailored outreach, nurture key prospects, and strategically target accounts based on buyer characteristics and needs.
- Qualify Opportunities & Manage Stakeholders: Build rapport, qualify opportunities, and navigate multiple stakeholders’ roles, needs, and decision-making drivers to ensure a successful sales process.
