Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience in an agency environment or similar.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
- Ability to work as a team and foster positive team spirit and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently when needed.
- High-level ability to multi-task and manage various task/projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders pertinent to the account (cross-department teams, outside agency partners and clients)
- Lead all status reports and calls with clients, agency partners and internal teams
- Keep a pulse on competitive activity in the market.
- Work collaboratively with our creative project managers to adhere to project timelines to get things done effective and efficiently for clients
- Maintain a pulse and have a thorough understanding of clients’ category and business
- Look for opportunities, anticipate openings for initiatives, and plan for the unexpected
- Build a good relationship with the client and become a trusted source in the company
- Report to the Group Account Director to keep the team informed on the day-to-day work flow and progress of work/projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commerce, shopper marketing, or CPG account experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to build relationships and collaborate across teams, departments, vendors and clients to successfully accomplish work.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Proactive approach and positive attitude.
