Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in digital media planning, account management, or client services.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, including programmatic, direct-sold, and branded content campaigns.
- Experience working with Google Ad Manager, Permutive, and Boostr is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- A passion for digital media, advertising, and the evolving publishing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, ad operations, and marketing teams to develop media plans that align with client goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and successful campaign execution.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from proposal development and insertion order management to launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Utilize Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360, Permutive, and DoubleVerify to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Build media plans, performance reports, and campaign recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with ad operations and analytics teams to ensure proper campaign implementation and troubleshoot any delivery issues.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide strategic insights to improve future activations.
- Maintain strong relationships with agency and brand partners, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Google Ad Manager, Permutive, and Boostr is a plus.
