Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
- 5-10+ years of applicable Sales/Account Management experience
- Familiarity with the DOE and DOD ecosystems
- Experience managing existing customers and cultivating new accounts
- Proven ability to develop deep strategic partnerships with customers
- Strong understanding of electronics test and measurements
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Sound business judgment with organization & negotiation skills
- Effective presentation and problem-solving skills
- Must be a US Citizen and reside in New Mexico
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the company to customers and the voice of customers within the organization
- Spark sales opportunities within assigned direct government and aerospace defense ecosystems
- Champion products and solutions to existing and potential customers
- Craft and refine lead generation plans
- Cultivate customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Maintain and develop additional sales opportunities within the customer base
- Grow Keysight’s Market Share in New Mexico
- Interface with DOE and DOD ecosystems and other key industries
- Proactively understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
- Grow funnel intake, manage opportunities, and complex issues requiring leadership and coordination
- Continuously learn new products, applications, and technologies
- Develop and build long-term relationships and loyalty with customers
- Partner with local Solution partners
Preferred Qualifications
- RF/Microwave experience is strongly preferred
- Successful candidates will have a passion for continuous learning and ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal team members
