Responsibilities
- Prospects new customers with medium spend that infrequently work with Lowe’s.
- Oversees the daily routine tasks involved in addressing customer’s product needs and management of account activities.
- Maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses.
- Drives retention and growth within assigned portfolio by understanding business needs.
- Advises leadership and field partners on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback and competition.
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer activities and opportunities utilizing customer relationship tools provided by the company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of Outside Sales experience within B2B sales.
