Requirements
- 4+ years in digital and or linear media or account management
- Previous Account Management or Client Success experience strongly preferred
- Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors
- Process oriented with a strict attention to detail
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of Salesforce, excel, and power point
- PowerPoint and Excel skills, including pivot tables, chart marking, and manipulation of large data sets
- Able to contribute to a team while working with other departments and logically prioritizing various requests and responsibilities
- Proven verbal and written communication skills in a consultative, client-facing environment
- BA/BS, or graduate degree preferred
Responsibilities
- End-to-end support and project management of their own book of business which includes: campaign health, activation and performance of campaign activities including deal terms, IO’s, budgets, creative, reporting and billing
- Client facing 60% (reporting, KOCs, ongoing campaign check-ins, incremental asks, ad hoc requests)
- Assist with pre-sales plan pricing and forecasting; partner with Vendors, Ops Teams to determine pricing exceptions and internal costs
- Assists Sales Lead with production and completion of Media Plans and RFP Decks for new and existing business
- Primary collaborator with 3rd party buying partners to successfully gather plan details, deliver assets and reporting
- Responsible for all campaign entry into Salesforce during pre and post-sales, documenting campaign modifications and processing revision requests
- Leads client communication and calls surrounding ongoing campaign delivery, performance and effectiveness, end-of-campaign wraps
- Lead internal and external communication in onboarding new client/campaign, custom measurement and analytics
- Review health of all campaigns, assigned portfolio and/or channel; looking for risks in pacing and performance, asks to take on more spend when feasible or let clients know when we need to give money back
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, create mid and post-campaign performance reporting inclusive of aggregating information from third parties
- Extract, interpret, and effectively communicate data patterns, trends, optimizations and performance impact to Clients, increase transparency and show efforts Nexxen is making to achieve desired branding or performance goals
- Provide technical support to sales teams and external clients through written and verbal communication across topics such as: ad tags and specs, identity solutions, cross-device conversion tracking, audience analytics
- Evaluate for upsell and cross-sell opportunities on all portfolios (live, upcoming, pitched business)
- Handle all ad-hoc requests in a timely, efficient manner
- Monitor trends, trade publications, innovative technologies, competitive info and appropriately applies that knowledge to the programmatic space and educates the team
- Become subject matter experts in specific solutions to support national account teams in specialized conversations
Preferred Qualifications
