Requirements
- 2-5 years of health insurance industry and account management experience within Employee Benefits.
- Proficiency with desktop software applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce.
- Travel required 25% of time within United States.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains working relationship with client and broker contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention.
- Works to understand client reporting needs and proactively engages clients with reporting and data requests.
- Executes tactical components of account team’s business plan for customer.
- Helps to facilitate, track and provide updates when working to resolve client escalations.
- Assists with development of Annual Plan Review.
- Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on services or complex issue resolution.
- Collaborates with team members during client installation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Broker and Client Communications experience.
- Self-funded insurance experience.
- Stop-loss knowledge.
- Active Life and Health License in state of residence.
