Requirements
- Superb customer service skills and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the insurance industry
- P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts by meeting monthly and annual production goals.
- Mentor to associates on your team.
- Serve as an advisor and consultant to our client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
