Requirements
- High School Diploma with seven (7) sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- OR Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution with Three (3) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Driving sales growth within territory with new and existing end-user customers
- Conducting training presentations to customers and channel partners, educating industrial professionals, and promoting 3M solutions
- Collaborating with Marketing and Technical teams to assist with market research, new product launches, and promotional projects
- Personal development- product and regulatory knowledge through self-study and corporate training programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Health and Safety, Sales from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of Sales in a private, public, government or military environment
- Presentation skills, written and verbal communication, business planning, sales
