Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance Business Administration, or related degree
- 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience
- 2+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization
Responsibilities
- Support Hardware incentives/rebates
- Partner directly with the Hardware pricing teams to review contracts and deal proposals
- Lead quarterly financial reviews with finance leadership teams
- Ensure accurate accounting guidance is applied for Hardware incentives
- Lead quarter end close activities for the Hardware revenue team
- Prepare, review and analyze journal entries
- Support incentives claim processing, billings, revenue recognition, deferred revenue, SOX controls, ASC606 and cash applications
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, etc) and other financial software (such as TM1, Oracle, Tableau)
- CPA Certification or country equivalent with audit experience
