Requirements
- Significant experience in accounts payable or related finance roles, preferably in biotech or life sciences.
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Ensure accurate coding and proper approval workflows.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and/or owners of purchase orders.
- Validate vendor information.
- Work with PO owners to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
- Maintain organized records and support audits as needed.
- Participate in improvement projects related to procure to pay.
