Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and conducting recreational activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical well-being.
• Engage with residents to encourage participation and ensure activities are enjoyable and inclusive.
• Set up, clean up, and organize materials for activities and events.
• Work collaboratively with the Activities Director to develop new programs tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a passion for working with the elderly.
• Creativity and the ability to adapt activities to meet residents’ needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
