Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years experience in product management, partner management, or payments strategy within an ecommerce or similar industry.
- Defining and launching complex payment products and driving successful contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with strengths in interpreting data, generating insights, and communicating actionable recommendations to partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as needed.
Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and implement a strategic payments roadmap that enhances customer experiences, improves success rates, and optimizes costs.
- Deliver outstanding payment experiences across all touchpoints, ensuring frictionless checkout and post-purchase interactions for customers.
- Craft compelling narratives and vision documents to communicate short- and long-term strategies to leadership and partners.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, finance, data science, risk, and external suppliers to drive complex payment product initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Provide data-driven insights, demonstrating key performance metrics to optimize payments performance and advise strategic decision-making.
- Proactively identify and address risks, challenges, and dependencies, ensuring execution of payment solutions.
- Advocate for and implement standard processes, contributing to the Payments & Fraud team’s operational excellence.
