Requirements
- 1-2 yrs experience preferred; open to entry-level candidates and recent Bachelor’s degree graduates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high degree of comfort speaking to external clients, leveraging well-developed interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to handle multiple priorities across multiple time zones
- A strong ability to troubleshoot and creatively problem-solve
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for global monitoring and management of inbound Ad Quality-related tickets from sellers via our ticketing system in Salesforce; while limited, this includes weekends and holidays
- Proactively monitor and manage our third-party screening systems
- Maintain ongoing quality assurance support for clients by ensuring all live ads are functioning properly and adhere to Magnite and client standards
- Own advertiser vetting and classification across all Magnite platforms
- Develop strong working relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external teams
- Support team projects as assigned, such as advertiser database cleanup and block lift opportunities
- Execute onboarding quality checks, vetting prospective DSP partners from a quality/risk perspective
- Serve as a liaison with the Product team, testing for brand protection initiatives
- Educate key stakeholders on guidelines, resources, and optimization tactics
- Support business units in advertiser quality-related industry initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with or awareness of the online display, mobile, and video advertising space
- Experience working with HTML, JavaScript, VAST, and/or VPAID is desirable, but not required
