Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- High school diploma required
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members
- Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls, as well as handle emails and correspondence
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with preparing and processing office orders and supplies
- Coordinate and support office events and company activities
- Perform general office duties, such as data entry and managing office equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus
