Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • High school diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members
  • Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Answer and direct phone calls, as well as handle emails and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with preparing and processing office orders and supplies
  • Coordinate and support office events and company activities
  • Perform general office duties, such as data entry and managing office equipment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus
