Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and staff
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Assist with payroll and other financial record-keeping tasks
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support with scheduling and coordinating office events
  • Perform other office duties as needed
