Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
  • Organize and manage office files, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports
  • Support management with data entry, research, and special projects
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming inquiries
  • Assist in coordinating company events and internal meetings
