Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members
  • Manage and maintain office schedules, including appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in the coordination of office operations, events, and activities
  • Maintain and update office files and records
  • Organize office supplies and ensure proper inventory management
  • Assist with travel arrangements and event planning when necessary
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required
