Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members
- Manage and maintain office schedules, including appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in the coordination of office operations, events, and activities
- Maintain and update office files and records
- Organize office supplies and ensure proper inventory management
- Assist with travel arrangements and event planning when necessary
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
