Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years prior administrative support experience
- Extensive knowledge of spreadsheets; Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets preferred) including ability to generate reports by using pivot tables and vertical lookups
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level and complex clerical and administrative support
- Answer telephone calls and electronic inquiries, respond to internal and external correspondence
- Coordinate and execute multiple projects
- Handle large volumes of calendar scheduling and management
- Schedule, coordinate, and set up high-level meetings and teleconferences
- Work closely with the Logistics and Supply Chain management teams to provide administrative support
- Support business unit based goals and assist in special projects
- Serve as principal contact for the coordination and administrative set up for new associates
- Maintain and regularly update business unit organizational chart
- Consolidate data and edit documents for accuracy, develop spreadsheets and reports
- Draft, prepare, and distribute communications related to the Supply Chain and Logistics business unit
- Act in a professional manner while disseminating information
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred
- Previous gas industry and/or sales experience
- SAP experience preferred
- An interest in distribution, logistics or fleet services a plus
