Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Two years of increasingly responsible office experience requiring keyboarding or typing; OR equivalent education/experience
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and privacy
- Computer software skills, including the ability to use office software, such as databases, spreadsheets, Outlook and word processing. Including ability to use mail merge and manage multiple complex calendars
- Adobe knowledge including use/creation of forms, merging of files, creation of table of contents/appendixes, etc.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of policies and procedures in a complex academic or similar organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide confidential and complex administrative support to the Associate Dean and the Office of Assessment, Evaluation and Curriculum Management
- Complete diverse responsibilities such as compilation of reports, office management, complex calendaring, and liaison within the Office, the College, other WSU departments and external constituents
- Serve as the administrative support for the Office of Assessment, Evaluation, and Curriculum Management
- Manage office record keeping and filing systems to maintain college record retention requirements
- Draft, proof, format and compile reports on behalf of the Associate Dean/Office
- Exercise independent judgement and initiative in performing duties while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education and/or healthcare governmental regulations.
