Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Uline’s eCommerce team.
- Plan, schedule and handle expenses for department travel, meetings and events.
- Run reports, analyze data and prepare presentations and memos.
- Maintain and update department documentation, processes / procedures and calendars.
- Provide onboarding support to new employees.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative / clerical experience preferred.
