Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, supporting Executives or business leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Workday, Egencia, or similar expense and travel platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable supporting Executives across multiple time zones.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments.
- Arrange travel and conference registrations.
- Prepare and edit Microsoft Office documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage incoming/outgoing communications.
- Provide event planning support for internal and external meetings.
- Assist with special projects, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
