Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Uline’s Corporate Sales team.
- Plan and schedule department travel and coordinate meetings / site visits.
- Run reports, queries and prepare presentations.
- Maintain and update department documentation, processes and procedures.
- Manage multiple department calendars.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative / clerical experience preferred.
