Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years administrative or related experience, preferably in a medium to large size organization
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Associate degree or related degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction, be adaptable, and balance multiple priorities
- A positive and collaborative demeanor!
Responsibilities
- Maintain calendar for department and leaders, including scheduling meetings, organizing and coordinating events, and tracking attendance. Make travel arrangements and order refreshments when needed.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines, with opportunity to exercise independent judgment.
- Order department office supplies as needed and monitor expenditures.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other written and visual materials.
