Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of administrative experience
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate the needs of leadership, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively on their behalf.
  • Coordinate meetings, reviews, and deadlines to ensure time is managed efficiently and respectfully.
  • Support the review, formatting, and editing of critical project documents and internal communications.
  • Proactively manage deliverables and track progress across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Independently own short- and long-term projects, applying discretion and confidentiality at all stages.
  • Manage shifting priorities and tight timelines without sacrificing accuracy or thoroughness.
  • Foster trust and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements using sound judgment.
  • Plan and coordinate internal team gatherings, leadership offsites, technical reviews, milestone events, and executive visits—ensuring all logistics, communications, and follow-ups are handled smoothly.
