Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of administrative experience
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
Responsibilities
- Anticipate the needs of leadership, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively on their behalf.
- Coordinate meetings, reviews, and deadlines to ensure time is managed efficiently and respectfully.
- Support the review, formatting, and editing of critical project documents and internal communications.
- Proactively manage deliverables and track progress across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Independently own short- and long-term projects, applying discretion and confidentiality at all stages.
- Manage shifting priorities and tight timelines without sacrificing accuracy or thoroughness.
- Foster trust and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements using sound judgment.
- Plan and coordinate internal team gatherings, leadership offsites, technical reviews, milestone events, and executive visits—ensuring all logistics, communications, and follow-ups are handled smoothly.
