Requirements
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting individuals/teams, preferably within a global company.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); proficiency in Power Point preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed several times per year.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for travel management: coordinating domestic and international travel including scheduling and organizing of flights, hotels, transport etc. (Individual and group travel).
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Compiles documents for travel-related meetings, manages extremely active calendar of appointments. Complete Concur expense reports.
- Plan and schedule events for the global team. Travel to and participate in select team meetings.
- Composes and prepares correspondence that may be confidential. Maintains discretion and confidentiality in all matters in the workplace.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments; demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Support in creating/editing various documents, including, but not limited to: letters/memos, PowerPoint presentations, excel files including manipulation of data/creation of charts, etc.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles work expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Works closely and effectively with the VP, keeping them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Continually identifies opportunities to streamline functional activities while enabling the VP to focus on the strategic and business initiatives rather than function logistics.
- Ability to support AME with business related activities including, but not limited to fleet vehicles, ordering supplies, coordinating onsite activities at SBD locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
