Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative support, or office coordination role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with a proactive, ‘no task too small’ attitude
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
- Able to work on-site full-time and maintain a consistent front desk presence
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees—greeting everyone with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
- Ensure the front desk and common areas are tidy, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- Help with meeting room readiness and occasional event support (e.g., team lunches, visiting guests)
- Provide calendar and scheduling support for a few key executives
- Assist with booking travel, processing expense reports, and light project coordination
- Prepare meeting materials, take notes when needed, and support occasional research or follow-up tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting senior executives or C-level leaders is preferred
- Have supported executives in a fast-paced environment
- Are naturally service-oriented and enjoy creating great experiences for others
