  • Help with meeting room readiness and occasional event support (e.g., team lunches, visiting guests)
  • Provide calendar and scheduling support for a few key executives
  • Assist with booking travel, processing expense reports, and light project coordination
  • Prepare meeting materials, take notes when needed, and support occasional research or follow-up tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information
