Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with applicable sales and marketing experience
  • 2 years’ work experience with older adult population or any equivalent combination of training and experience while providing the required skills, knowledge, and abilities to fulfill the essential job responsibilities
  • Long-term care or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain census and payer mix goals
  • Monitor and track all incoming referrals and leads
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management system (Enquire) consistently and keep update
  • Coordinate pre-admission and approval process in a timely manner
  • Conduct tours of facility with potential residents and their family members
  • Utilize the Admission Matrix and Scope of Service tools to determine appropriate placement and ability to offer accommodations
  • Follow the denial process ensuring all clinical and financial denials have been approved prior to submitting denial to the referral source
  • Participate in weekend on-call rotation to monitor and facilitate potential referrals
  • Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
