Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event or Hospitality Management or a related field.
- A semester-long internship in Event or Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and proficient computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to deliver first-class customer service.
- Ability to think outside the box and willingness to accept and implement changes as needed.
- Extreme attention to detail and care for the minute aspects of an event.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the planning and execution of all Admissions Events.
- Event Setup: aid in the creation of diagrams for setups, scheduling of outside vendors, review of gifts with Outreach Manager, and other needs as necessary.
- Event Review: work with Admissions Events Coordinators to improve events, compile surveys from attendees and staff to gather proper feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist day-of-event contacts as needed at select events.
- Assist with creation and implementation of new ideas.
- Other duties as assigned.
