Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 6+ years of professional experiences in design.

Responsibilities
- Architect avionic hardware systems with digital and analog components.
- Maintain expertise in semiconductor processors, System-on-Chip, and FPGA architectures.
- Conduct and mentor board-level circuit design, integration, verification, and documentation.
- Participate in hardware design trade studies, reviews, and proposals.
- Make decisions and solve tasks in hardware design and manufacturing.
- Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Develop persuasion skills to influence others within the field.
- Contribute to product design and development, including technical improvements.
- Plan and execute departmental operations with some autonomy under established policies.
- Modify procedures and practices to meet quality, volume, and timeliness standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of digital design experience.
- Proven history of architecting complex digital hardware.
- Experience with Gigahertz microprocessors, FPGA, CPLD, DDR4 memory, flash memory, and high-density interconnect technologies.
- Knowledge of 5+ Gbps serial links, CAN, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC standards, OpenVPX, and PIC-SIG standards.
- Experience in Mil/Aero/avionics, DO-254, and Civil FAA Certification.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Mentor Graphics Expedition Enterprise, Hyperlinx PI/SI, OrCAD PSPICE, LT Spice, Mathcad, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Visio.
