A degree (or currently pursuing one) in engineering, finance, business, administration, Information Technology or related area
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, Power BI, etc.)
Team player with excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to independently synthesize many variables and propose workable solutions
Excellent customer focus
Strong interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally with global business partners to meet mutual goals
Identifies and corrects non-routine problems in existing systems and processes through independent judgment
Proposes new initiatives and delivers solutions, driving cross team efforts. Recommends opportunities for process improvement to leadership & proactively anticipates needs within own area

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Forecasting, Logistics, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain and other related areas.
Prepare and present reports to cross functional teams
Work with inventory management and reverse logistics
Ability to break down complex problems into actionable items
Occasionally facilitate meetings
Support dealer training initiatives on related topics
Support core returns and its process
Occasional visits to suppliers
Data Analysis & Market Insights
Gather internal and external customer feedback

Project Management experience or certificate (PMP is a plus)
Familiarity with battery technologies, propulsion systems, and electric vehicle trends.
Experience with dealer network
