Requirements

  • A degree (or currently pursuing one) in engineering, finance, business, administration, Information Technology or related area
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, Power BI, etc.)
  • Team player with excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to independently synthesize many variables and propose workable solutions
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally with global business partners to meet mutual goals
  • Identifies and corrects non-routine problems in existing systems and processes through independent judgment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Forecasting, Logistics, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain and other related areas.
  • Prepare and present reports to cross functional teams
  • Work with inventory management and reverse logistics
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable items
  • Occasionally facilitate meetings
  • Support dealer training initiatives on related topics
  • Support core returns and its process
  • Occasional visits to suppliers
  • Data Analysis & Market Insights
  • Gather internal and external customer feedback

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management experience or certificate (PMP is a plus)
  • Familiarity with battery technologies, propulsion systems, and electric vehicle trends.
  • Experience with dealer network
