Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or technical field from an accredited institution.
- Professional English language proficiency is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Aftermarket / Field Service support role or customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Able to engage with customers, understand requirements and manage customer workflows.
- Acquiring necessary knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively perform duties.
- Tracking, recording, and compiling reports, utilizing Sage 500, and Salesforce CRM / Conga as required.
- Collaborating with the Aftermarket sales team and other departments such as marketing and customer service to achieve project objectives and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensuring the highest levels of service standards and maintaining customer satisfaction. Dealing with any issues that arise in a professional and timely manner.
- Able to clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders both verbally and written.
- Act as a brand ambassador – representing and promoting the company’s values and products at all times, including at industry events and trade shows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
