Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience
- Previous Insurance or financial experience is preferred
- High School degree minimum
- College degree in business, marketing, sales or related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide Marketing/Sales Support to agents/agencies
- Build relationships for continued success with agents/agencies
- Have a full understanding of Carriers and products that are being supported through your role
- Ability to communicate the advantages of doing business with Integrity, Carriers and products that are being supported by your role
- Provide input and support on new product and sales processes
- Achieve KPI’s on a weekly basis to strive for company goals
- Support Agent Success VP in defining department strategy for sales and success
