Requirements
- Graduate of an Agriculture or Business degree or diploma program and interest in working in the agricultural industry
- Interest in a career in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Input Sales or Grain Marketing
- Strong sense of initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to work as a team, organized and detail oriented
- A valid driver’s licence is required
Responsibilities
- Gain experience in crop inputs, agronomy, grain handling, customer service, grain grading, grain blending, grain marketing, sales, operations management including exposure to budgeting, business planning and scheduling.
