Requirements
- Experience working with generative AI technologies.
- Excellent skills in writing product documentation, and defining QA specifications.
- Ability to manage product roadmaps and work cross-functionally with multiple teams (engineering, design, QA).
- Strong technical background to collaborate effectively with engineering and research teams (e.g., API definition, ML model lifecycle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex AI-related topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and a track record of managing products in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Work with engineering and research teams to refine technical specifications, create robust APIs, and improve the underlying engine architecture in order to optimize for safety and patient experience.
- Define and track product metrics (e.g., hallucination rates, safety scores, user satisfaction, NPS) to gauge performance and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with the QA team to define and implement QA specifications, ensuring high product quality.
- Understand detailed feature implementation and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and healthcare experts to ensure all product requirements are met.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing or managing products in the healthcare or clinical field.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Previous engineering experience, computer science degree, or deep technical experience is strongly preferred.
